Corporate Overview
Paycore Minerals Inc. is a Toronto-based junior exploration company with offices in Thunder Bay, Ontario and Eureka, Nevada. Nevada is one of the top mining jurisdictions in the world of which the FAD Project lies on the Battle-Mountain-Eureka Gold Belt. The Company holds a 100% interest of the FAD Project located on the Eureka-Battle-Mountain mining trend located in Nevada, USA.
The FAD Project is a high-grade poly-metallic (gold, silver, lead and zinc) project with historical production from the 1940’s and 1950’s. FAD is a carbonate replacement deposit (“CRD”) containing a historical non-NI 43-101 resource of approximately 3,903,000 Tons grading 5.14 g/t Au, 196.46 g/t Ag, 7.99% Zn and 3.80% Pb. which was outlined in the 1974 Feasibility Study completed by Hecla Mining. The FAD deposit can be accessed via the FAD shaft which was intermittently mined from 1956 to 1958.
Paycore Minerals is focused on multiple near-term value enhancing strategies including; drilling to confirm the historic mineralization as defined by the 1976 feasibility study. This mineralization is unexplored at depth and open in multiple directions. Two; drilling the historic mine workings where we believe there is potential to identify near surface (potentially oxide) mineralization. Lastly, we continue to search for gold and poly-metallic projects in Nevada and North America which would be accretive for adding economic resources.

There has been no modern-day drilling or exploration work completed on the property in over 50 years. Paycore Minerals is the first Company to initiate modern-day drilling on the FAD deposit in more than 50 years. Paycore Minerals’ objective is to advance the project through exploration drilling to delineate and expand the historic non- NI 43-101 resource as well as identify near-surface mineralization which may have the potential to be processed more readily. We seek to accomplish these objectives by following the guidelines for protection of the environment and respecting our local communities.
